Custom fields on only one card. Is it possible?

I don't want to maintain the custom fields  across all cards.

Can I use custom fields on only one card?  the rest of the cards would be cleaner and more readable...

The custom fields power up will apply to all cards on that board.

I wonder what your use case is for having them only one one card, perhaps there is a better way of achieving the outcome you want.

Thank you for your response,

I want to have a few cells with a choice option (this could be like a form). It is important for me to have a general view when I open the card - in this case Custom Fields are appropriate.

If you're not setting attributes of all cards on a board then custom fields isn't going to work for you, is there any reason why you can't just create a google form and link it to the card?
