Custom field dropdown item max

Hey we have trello premium account and utilize multiple custom fields which we are combing with BlueCat so we can get reporting features. We have a dropdown field for "Dealers" which I am using to track how many jobs we are getting from each of our dealers. However, I just added a 50th dealer and now the option to add items is gone. Am I missing something? Is there a way to up this limit? This is a problem for our reporting feature if this limit exists.
