@Brett G Studios @Alex _ Trello I am having the same issue and sending screenshots of each step with the Cronofy team. I suspect it's a google workspace setting (for me, not sure about @Brett G Studios issue) but of course Google doesn't have any human customer service, at least not any that I can find, so I'm working with Cronofy's team and hope that they can help me change whatever setting is causing this issue. Stay tuned, I will update this if/when it is resolved. 👊🏼
