Critical sync issue: Boards are completely empty in iOS app and partially missing in web browser

Hello. I am on a Trello Free plan and facing a major issue. My mobile app (iOS) displays completely empty boards after a recent sync error. I tried completely reinstalling the app (clearing all cache/data), but the issue remains.Furthermore, when checking through a desktop browser, some of my recent cards and edits have vanished. I can see that Trello has been experiencing some degraded performance lately. Is this related to a current server outage? My data is critical, please help me recover my cards. Thank you.

While it’s likely related to the ongoing outage, we can’t confirm until the issue is fully resolved. If things don’t return to normal after the outage is marked as resolved, please let us know.
