Creating task dependency but can't assign the member automatically

Hello, 

I am trying the card dependencies on Trello and I automatically create child cards when an item is added to a specific checklist in the parent card.

However the member that is assigned to that item in the checklist doesnt show as the member of the child card. How can I make that happen? As shown in the photo TG is assigned in the checklist. But when I open the child card that is created, no member is assigned.

Unfortunately there isn't any trigger for "when user is assigned to an item". Your option will require some programming via a webhook to detect this change and add member to card. There may be other ways to achieve this. I did test an approach of creating the item and card via a combination of CFs for a lawyer firm but that project was abandoned.
