Create copy of archived cards automation

Hi, is it possbile to generate a rule / board button to copy all cards with a specific tag (including archived and non-archived cards) from a list to another list?

Description:
I have a kanban like board, and wish to add tasks that are repeated every year. The columns are new, doing, done. After the card moves to done they are archived after 10 days. At the beginning of a new year i wish to copy those tasks (maybe 50 or more) to the new column.

Do you've any ideas how to get rid of this "problem"?

A simple solution would be to not archive them but to move them to a board called "Archive".

You can then have an automation that grabs them all back from the Archive board at the beginning of the year
