Create an automatic Kanban ticket from a new excel entry

Hiya,

I need to create an automatic Kanban ticket whenever I have a new entry on a MS excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is automatically populated when a MS Form is completed already. 

Does anybody have any ideas?
