Create a card from another MS Teams group

We use Teams.

In one group I have Trello installed and we are happy with how we have set this up and how it functions.

However now we would like to have a way to generate a card from another Teams Group, like a form which can be submitted, or a limited view of the same board in another team group, where only cards can be generated - is this possible?

@James Carruthers As I always qualify, if Butler and power up can do it, use them. 
let me share from work from two projects. One student portal that accepts registration from a form but create a student card in the student portal with a card link that allows the registration people to know where the student is through the class progression. I don’t think I have this portion on video. 
The student card is also link to a intra board list of Progress by Topic. At a glance all the student on a topic is known. This is to facilitate schedule of online tutorial via video by topics. 
Intra board restriction of views is not possible ie if person is on the board he can see the cards. Observer on business class board cannot change things on the board.
