Create Trello template from board (cannot via Board menu)

I want to create a template from a board. The documentation at Trello tells me to pick "More..." from the board menu. My board menu does not have a "More...". My account is a free one, by the way.

The More... should be located here:

And from there, you can choose to make your board a Template. Please do note that free accounts can only make one template, and it will be public.

Let me know if you still don't see the More bit. It should show on every single Trello board for you, regardless of whether you're a member. So if it's not showing, we have a pickle on our hands!
