I am a dog trainer, and I have created boards for clients using the free business plan. I am the ONLY admin and the only one creating lists. I, however, invite each client to their board for review.

I looked into pricing, and it came up with $17.50 per user per month! That will be over $5000 a year, which is not an option. Am I doing something wrong? I am not a huge company, so I can't incur that cost.

I am hoping there is a cheaper option.

👋 Hi @Pawsitive Behavior Solutions, I just launched the External Share Power-Up today! This Power-Up lets you share your Trello boards with clients through a secure generated link. Like this one I generated for you: https://trll.io/-hNz0nC4bv/for-pawsitive?pwd=JKGmqqeJHLt9XJcG

You can also decide on which cards to share with them using list and label filters. For example, this share link will only show cards in the "Buddy" list. label: https://trll.io/BwEhKG2OJn/for-pawsitive-but-only-buddy?pwd=Z1ebLAYI3_sOeSD6

It's still in beta but I would love your input and feedback!

As for costs, it'll only be $1 per month to use this Power-Up.

@Pawsitive Behavior Solutions

You should be able to maintain the boards used with your clients on a free plan limited to 10 boards per workspace whilst keeping a yourself and your clients as single board observer or guest (remember just one board) in your business class workspace. You launch cards representing the sessions to the client's board. Something similar to :

There are other ways of sending cards to specific board if you want to keep your clients away from your business class workspace.
