Copy Board

Hi, I created a template board and added members to each card as my projects will always have the same cards. However, when I copied the boards the members didn’t get copied. Is there a way around this or do I have to individually add members to each card again? Thank you!🙏🏻

Indeed, when you copy a board, neither the activity nor the members are copied. However you can use this trick ;-)

You can name in the description who is in charge by putting for example "@alicia" 

And even, if you have a checklist, name in each item who should be in charge of it. 

You can make a card with checklist, and convert it in a template also.

@Gabriella Thomas another option could be to copy the boards without the cards or lists, add all the members to the newly created board (the members need to be added at the board level before they can be assigned to cards), then copy the lists from the original board to the new board. Copying a card from one board to another will retain the members as long as the members are on the destination board.
