Constant login when starting the app

Two issues, on a personal system not a corporate, so no SSO or policies to be the cause.

1. When starting the app, I get the annoying login window. Trello is the only app that does this, Asana, Mural, Slack etc - straight into the workspace. Trello, no, click the login, get directed to a second screen. I'm inclined to leave using Trello as a result if it can't be fixed.

2. On Win 11, using Start11, there is no way to 'pin' the app to the taskbar. This might be a feature of Start11, but all other apps can be pinned (apart from Spotify). 

Any ideas as to the causes, or fixes?

What happens when you try to pin Trello using Start11? Is the option not there or is there some sort of strange behavior? I don't use Start11, but I read that 3 days ago there was a reported issue regarding strange behavior when pinning apps downloaded from the Microsoft Store (like Spotify and Trello) while other apps were unaffected.
