Connexion to Trello : problem with captcha

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

My colleagues need to join my Trello and the captcha is awfull : they had to click on many many pictures (buses, moto...) and never succeded in log in!

Please, could you make it easier?

I'm really sorry to hear that your colleague is having this issue with reCAPTCHA. Let's see what we can do to help you out. Can you ask him to follow these steps? 

  • If you can, try completing the verification in your browser's incognito window.
  • If that doesn't work, let's try a different device (for example, your mobile phone) or even a different browser on your computer with a different network.
  • If you happen to be using a VPN, could you please temporarily turn it off to see if it resolves the problem?
