Hi, I am trying to get synced up to my teams Trello account. I followed the directions in this help link:

https://help.trello.com/article/830-re-inviting-a-person-to-a-board-who-is-not-receiving-an-invitation-email

 

However... I cannot see any of my team's boards nor do I get any notifications.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you confirmed your Trello account? 
Is the username that is being added to the team the same username you see at the top of the www.trello.com/my/account page?
