Connect Trello Agenda & Accesses client to one card in board

Hai Trello users! 

I use Trello for my client , I am very happy bit I miss 2 features. 

1. I would like to connect the Trello agenda with my outlook agenda. Is that possible? 
   Now I have to work in 2 agenda's.

2. In my board is one card one training (course). In a course there are a few people responsible and sometimes people outsite our company. I would like to invite them for only one card / course without seeing all the other cards. Is that possible?
