I am experiencing an issue where comments on a specific board are not visible in any web browser, while they are fully visible and functional in the Trello mobile app.
Details:
- The affected board was created by another user; I am a member with commenting permissions
- Comments are invisible in both Firefox and Opera browsers
- Comments are visible and working normally on my mobile device (same account)
- My own boards work perfectly fine in the browser
- The issue appeared suddenly – I previously had full access to comments on this board
Steps already taken:
- Cleared browser cache and cookies
- Hard reload (Ctrl+Shift+R)
- Logged out and back in
- Tested in a second browser (Opera) – same result
- Tested in Firefox private window – same result
Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my account's sync for this specific board? I am aware there was a Trello incident on May 15 affecting comments – it is possible this board was not fully restored.

Same issue for me, I'm a workspace admin, and it appears to have happened with the update to the new UI with "Inbox". I have checked if this update reset commenting permissions but no - there are just no comments showing at all with no error messages.
