Comments not displaying in cards

I have a new trello board set up with various cards. when I add a comment to the card, it's not visible on the card when expanded. I can see the comment icon on the card preview that is displayed on the list, but when opened, the comments are not there, its blanks as if nobody commented. What am I doing wrong? From the looks of it, a comment is there, just not visable.

You're not alone — this is a platform-wide issue that's affecting a huge number of Trello users right now. You can monitor trello.status.atlassian.com for the updates.

Me pasa lo mismo, no puedo abrir los comentarios de las tarjetas.
