You can subscribe to email or SMS updates via the Trello Status page. Before the fix is deployed, try using the Trello mobile app or exporting board data to access the hidden activity logs.
Incidents sometimes only affect the web platform. Try opening the cards on the iOS or Android app, as activity logs often remain visible there.
If you urgently need specific comments, go to Show Menu → More → Print and Export → Export as JSON. While the format is technical, it contains all historical comments and activity data.
If you have email notifications enabled, previous comments should be available in your email inbox.
