Son adresse mail professionnelle enregistrée dans Trello n'est plus active.

For security reasons, we're unable to change the email address associated with a user account. Could you please check with your IT team to see if they can help you reclaim the user's account by temporarily reactivating the user email address? Once email address is active, you can recover the password using the standard password recovery process.
