Colours for Members

I know you can customise labels with colours, but can you do the same with members? Specifically the member icon.

I'm adding multiple people to a card (PM / BA / Developer) and it would be helpful to be able to colour all PMs in one colour, all BAs in another

No, there's not a feature in Trello to do this. But you could ask each of your folks to change their profile picture to a certain color...
