Checklists when cards are moved to a different board

We have cards with checklists which can be quite large and complex - when we need to move the card to another board e.g. when it moves from one sprint to another, the "ticks" on the checklist don't carry over and it's becoming a real issue having to flip between the old board and the new one to re-do all the ticks. 

Are we doing something wrong or is this a known thing?

Hmm, that's not expected. When you move a card to a different board, if there are checklist items that have been completed already (checked off), these should still display as completed on the new board.

If that's not what you're currently experiencing, please try clearing both your browser's cache and cookies, which will clear out any old session data that may be causing this. Instructions for doing that are here: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic
