I just spent 45 minutes trying to access how to add a checklist to a card. This used to be VERY simple. It appears to be set up to FORCE a paywall on the user.
Anyone know how to fix this?
I tried to contact support, but that takes me into a loop that will actually not provide any access to support.
Hi @Alex Dawson - welcome to the Community.
I can see you've raised two questions for the same issue - please refrain from doing this in the future so we can make sure we get your question answered.

The checklists feature should be available to you as a free customer, can you screenshot what you're seeing on the card back?
What isn't available is the Advanced Checklists feature, which allows you to assign members and due dates to checklist items. This is only available to Standard subscriptions and above.

Hi @Alex Dawson - you need to create a card, then you can create a checklist within that card.

@Alex W - thank you. I did create a card. That was called Test. I just did another card and the same thing happened. It is not showing the checklist option.

I see what the problem was. I was clicking on add a card. I see there is a pencil icon. I did not see a checklist. However, if I click the pencil icon, and then click 'Open Card,' now I see the option for a check list! Problem solved. Thank you.
