Checklist not visible on card

I see the checklist items in the card but my checklist items are not visible in the card itself after opening the card, see pictures.

How did you create the checklist items? Did you click the 'Add an item' button for each one?

Did the checklist items appear on the card as you were clicking the button?

Does this happen for every single card on every board, or only on some cards on some boards?

Does this happen on all web browsers or only one?
