Checklist etc. functionality limited despite premium accounts

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Unfortunately, I can no longer assign an appointment to anyone in the checklists. I can also no longer use the calendar view. I am told that I should upgrade to Premium, but I have a Premium account. What could be the cause of the technical problems?

It could be that you have multiple Trello accounts and you are logged into a different account. Also, please note that Trello Premium subscription works at the Workspace level and not at user level, so you might want to switch your Premium workspace to see the Premium features. (Click on the Workspaces dropdown on the top-left to switch workspaces)

@Corinna Baumgart Worth noting is that your subscription is also showing as "free" for the account you're currently logged into.
