Checklist With More Details

Is there something I am missing that could help improve the list of samples for customers needed.

So far I am adding a card per customer then adding bullet points and indentation for list of samples needed with a description below the name of sample.

Is there a better template I could use? I see checklist as an option but I would need to add more details per checklist item.

I had the same problem and solved it using the checklist and card linked within it.
