Checklist Automation

I've created the following automation:

when the "AF Created" item is checked in a checklist named "PWW Checklist" by anyone, add member @Kim To the card

However, when the item is checked on the checklist, the automation doesn't add the member.  I'm unsure what is causing the failure.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

A common cause of the issue above is a rogue space.  Trello automation is doing an exact match for "AF Created".  If the checklist item is "AF Created ", this would not trigger.

The same would apply to the Checklist name, if it was "PWW Checklist "

 

The best way to handle this is to adjust your automation to include wildcards "{*}AF Created{*}".  This means Trello automation will match anything that includeds "AF Created" in the text:

Also, top tip:
Hit the advanced toggle on the automation screen and you get extra filter options. You actually don't need the "By Anyone" part that is default in the basic settings.
