Charge not showing in billing history

Hello!

I need the receipt for a charge made to my account but it is not showing up in my billing history? Any tips?

The billing is per workspace, and you may have multiple workspaces. Please looking at the billing page of the other workspaces. (you can navigate to your other workspaces by clicking on the workspaces dropdown menu on the top left of Trello)
