Changing the Person Paying for Users

Hello,
Due to departures, the company changes the person who owns the workspace and also paid users in the standard version.

How can a new person who took over a given workspace continue to pay users? How to add another payment card? I would like to ask for some screenshots to make things easier.

Are you an admin of this workspace? The user who left had anyone else that was also an admin? Can you share the URL of the workspace so I can see the options on this case?
