Hello there, one person is leaving our team and another person is joining our team. Since our team is not growing in number we would just like to exchange the names. Is that possible?

Absolutely, since licenses are paid based on the number of seats, you can have a new team member occupy the seat of the person who's leaving.

To do this, simply remove the team member who's leaving and then invite the new team member to join your workspace. This way, you're just exchanging the names without increasing the number of seats, keeping your costs the same.
