Hi,
I created an account with an organisation email, and would like to change it back to my personal one. I went to the settings and entered the new email, but never received the email on my personal box to finish the procedure. I tried different email adresses and made sure they do not already have atlassian account associated. I also tried one having an atlassian account, and did not received any email or error message saying I can’t transfer the account there. What else can I try ?
My account date back from 2020 or around, before Trello login changed to atlassian login.
