I would like to ask you if it is possible to change Premium Trello to Sandard in the middle of the season? Our annual bill was charged to our credit card on 19 January. However, we do not currently need a Premium level Trello, but a Standard level would be better. We would also like to change the annual charge to a monthly charge.
If we change Premium to Standard now, can we get a refund of the price charged for the change?
