I had my organization start using Trello. We had a person leave. The new person must use that same email address for the company since it's purpose is to get all email at that contact email address. But no matter what we do, it shows on Trello the previous person's name. We have changed it three times and waited days, and we can't get it to change. If we delete the account, will it allow us to sign up again with the same address that we have to keep?

I believe Trello accounts need to be tied to Atlassian IDs.
Try logging into the account you're trying to change, then go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility
