Hello!
I am trying to update the email address associated with Trello and Atlassian before I pay for premium, since I will soon lose access to the email I set it up with. Unfortunately, I had accidentally signed into Atlassian with my gmail that I want to switch to, so when i try to change the account email, it says the email is already taken.
So, two weeks ago, I deleted the gmail Atlassian account, and waited for the data to be deleted. But, I am still getting the same error message: "Your email change request could not be processed because [EMAIL] is already associated with another Atlassian account."
How can I fix this? This is not a managed account, just a personal account.
