Hello Colleen,
To move a Trello board to a different workspace, you just need to be a board admin and a member of both the current and destination workspaces.
Open the board, go to the board Menu > Settings > Change Workspace, and select the new workspace from the list.

Board members who aren't part of the new workspace will be carried over as guests. If you are on a paid plan, keep an eye on this, as it could impact your billing if they become multi-board guests.
