I recently changed my email provider and no longer have access to the old email account. When I try logging in, it tries to send a code to the old email address. I have no way to access that code to verify because I cannot access the old email box.
How do I get access to the old account using my new email address? I don't want to lose the data that was associated with the old address.

We are having the same issue. Customer support don't answer their phones, so we are locked out too.
