Change password for email I no longer have access to

At work I have a Paid Trello account, but my personal account is not paid.   I thought for sure I associated my existing Trello account with a new email address after I let my domain lapse and no longer had access to an email account.  Now when I log in, 10 years of Trello docs are all GONE!..   I can't use the old email address to login, since I no longer have access to it to reset the password.  

What's a person to do?

Hi DL, 

You should be able to log in by getting the email and password right, and you can use the old passwords saved. Even tho the mailbox doesn't exist, the login will work. Could you please try?

You can also check if you don't have the account logged in on an old iPad or a mobile phone.
