Is there a way to move a license to a different Users name/email.
For example, if someone left the Company, can I then use their License for a different member of staff?

For both our Premium and Standard plans an account needs a license when it's either a member of the workspace or a member of more than one board in the workspace.
If you want to move a license from one account to another you can do this by removing the account that no longer needs a license from the workspace and boards in the workspace so it's only a member of one board in the workspace at most.
Once you've done this the license'll be freed up so you can add a new account to the workspace without needing to pay for another license.
