Change Email preferences

Hey everyone, 

So I was wondering if there is a way to differentiate the email notifications. For example, I don't want to know everytime a card is changed or updated.... I would like to receive comments that are directed at me (IE. @(name) Please send notes from meeting). Is there a way to segment the types of emails you receive?

Hi Nicholas,

You will receive notifications base on these configurations:

• When watching a card
• When watching a list or board

or at any time:

• You are mentioned in a comment.
• You are added to a card, board, or team.
• You are mentioned in a checklist item.
• One of your boards is closed.
• When someone makes you an admin of a board or team.

Having said that, I would recommend for you not to watch any boards or cards to only be notified by @mention.

You may also want to set your Email Notification Frequency according to your preference to reduce notification spam.
