Card views differ

Why is it that some of my Trello cards have a information relating to the card including their label under each one, but most don't?

Some look like this -  which I like and want:

 

But some look like this:

Which does not have the information at the bottom of it, that I find super helpful. How do I get all the cards to show the useful information below it, including the label?

I guess what your are seeing is the two different style of "Covers" as they are called on Trello cards. If you go to your card and press the Cover option Button (top right) you see that there are two options

The one on the left (Normal style) is the one you desire, so switch to that on the cards that do not look right to you...
