Card repeater failing

Glenn Levine
March 22, 2023

Hello! I've been using card repeater powerup for a while, and today I created a few new cards using this feature, and it is failing.

First, while creating a new card, I set the date to the 4th of the month for a monthly repeat. When I click save, the date resets to the 1st, and the next repeat date does not show, and when I close the card, it does not show the repeat icon.

Second, when I go to the top of the screen and click the "Repeats" button I get this error: "It looks like something went wrong."

Please help!

Hey Glenn,

I wasn't able to reproduce your problem. The Repeater Power-up message showing "It looks like something went wrong" doesn't necessarily mean it's broken; it can be shown when Trello can't track all cards with Repeater.

Let's troubleshoot your browser first. Could you perform the instructions in this article?

I'm not sure what happened, but the problem went away the next day. But thanks!
