Card flow and linking

Hi all!

I have a Trello Team.  This team has a board for each member in the team.

"Staff A", "Staff B", "Staff C".

Each Staff board will have 4 lists "Backlog", "Work in Progress", "Validation", and "Completed".

Then, there's a single "Team" Board.  This board will also have the four lists above.

Is there a way to make the "Team" board aggregate all the lists from the other Staff Boards, and mirror the movement. ie. if Staff A moves a card from WIP to Validation, it also moves on the "Team" board.
