Cant upload photo from android phone, trello says file too big even for 115kb file

So I'm trying to upload pictures o to trello from an old android note 3 and its saying the file size is too big even if its only a small image file or pdf

   I would tell you that it could be the Android version, because the limit for files is set at 10 MB, take a look at this post
