Cant see my old boards anymore

Deleted user

I stopped using Trello for sometime and I needed once again for some info I had uploaded. When I access my account, only one board is showing in which I was invited to. The ones I created are not there anymore. Kindly advise.

Sometimes it’s just logging in with the wrong account (work vs. personal, Google vs. email). Double-check which email you’re actually logged in with, Trello makes it way too easy to end up in a blank account that looks right.

If you’re sure it’s the same account, check your email for any messages about board closures or inactivity. Trello rarely deletes boards, but sometimes private boards can get archived or hidden if the workspace changes.

I’d also try looking in the Closed Boards section at the bottom of your boards list, sometimes stuff just ends up there. If nothing shows up, reach out to Trello support with as much detail as you remember. They can usually dig things up if the boards still exist in the system.

Hope you find your boards!
