Cant add cards or lists

I am trying to add cards to my lists and add lists to my boards but for some reason they wont save.

I click 'ADD List' or 'Add Card', type my required label and add it, the card or list will 'wobble a little (for lack of a better term) and then nothing will show up.

Am I doing something wrong?

@Lucy King If you're a member of a team, you can see team viewable boards but not edit them. Are you a member of the boards you're trying to add cards and lists to?

No it is my board. However, I logged out and logged and when I logged back in it seemed to fix itself for now! Thank you :)
