I have been trying to log in to the desktop app but 2 step verification comes up it asks me to use authenticator or enter the recovery key.

I have a new phone that doesn't have Trello on the authenticator app so cannot use this.

I also can't find the recovery key.

I have used the reset / recover your account option but just get sent a link which forces me to use one of the above options again!

Basically I am going round in circles.

How do I get around this issue?

Can you let me know if you are still facing issues logging in? I checked, and 2FA is disabled for your account, so I just wanted to make sure if you were able to disable the 2FA.
