Cannot access to my board

Hi! I received an invitation to the Trello board from my colleague, but I got the message in Trello that "Something went wrong". I cannot see the board. I was on maternity leave in the past 2 years. Does it possible that my account was de-activated? Could you please help. I have already logged out and logged in to my account.
