If you are signing in with the same email address that received the invitation, your Atlassian account itself is not deactivated, because a deactivated account cannot log in. However, your membership in a paid Trello Workspace may have been deactivated while you were away.
Ask a Workspace admin to open Workspace → Members, find your account, and select Reactivate. This restores access to Workspace-visible boards and boards where you were already a member. If Reactivate is unavailable, the account may be managed and the organization admin must restore it. See Trello’s deactivated-user guidance.
If your account is not listed as deactivated, compare the email in your current Atlassian profile with the address used for the invitation. The board admin should remove the existing invitation or member entry and invite that exact address again, because an invitation can remain associated with a different virtual account. Atlassian documents this in Add a person to a board.
Trello also reserves the right to delete accounts with no activity for two years or more, after advance email warnings. If the old membership no longer exists and your current account contains none of your previous boards, you may now be signed in to a different or recreated account rather than the original one.
