Cannot access my account any more

We use trello for our Ribfest festival annually. This season I tried to log in and I cannot due to email pswd mismatch. We have used this account for 11 years. My credentials are kept in my password manager so no typos etc.  BUT my email used to set up this account 11 years ago is an old business address  terry@digitalbeginning.ca.  For this reason I can't get a password reset.  Help, please
