Hello, I have joined a new team at work and have been sent a link to the teams' Trello board. I still have my same email address and password and while the system appears to remember me, I cannot access the board. When I click on the link to join the new board, it appears I'm stuck in some sort of log in failure loop. Going mad and any help appreciated! Thanks
This usually happens when the board invite is linked to a different Atlassian account than the one currently logged in, even if the email looks the same.
I’d suggest logging out completely, then signing in again and double-checking whether you have multiple Atlassian accounts (for example, personal vs work). Clearing browser/app cache or trying an incognito window can also help break the login loop.
