MY colleaque cannot login anymore in Trello.

He needs to get acces to Bord SALES. Can you help me with this?

We should separate the login issue from the board invite error. Can your colleague log in to Trello normally without using the invite link?

When yes, check whether they are deactivated under Workspace -> Members, if domain restrictions are blocking their email, whether you've hit the 10-collaborator limit on a Free Workspace, or if board permissions restrict invites. When they cannot log in at all, please share the exact login error.

Also, please edit your post to remove your colleague's email address for privacy.
