Por favor, cancele meu teste premium do Trello imediatamente. Não consigo abrir um chamado para cancelar e isso é bem chato.

Can you try to follow steps here: Change or cancel your Trello plan > specifically this part:

If a payment method is added, a Workspaces on a free trial will automatically convert to that paid plan at the end of the trial period. If no payment method is provided, the Workspace will downgrade to the free plan at the end of the free trial.

If you want to cancel your free trial early, please contact our billing support team for help.

To contact billing support about a free trial:

1. Open the billing contact form: Contact billing support

2. Log in

3. Since free trials don’t create invoices, choose Payments then Payment and credit card issues then Proceed without URL, SEN, EN or invoice number
